CEO Leadership Academy

The CEO Leadership Academy had a very successful second meeting. The first day was spent networking with Alabama administrators and learning about Leadership Intelligence with Dr. Wanda Maulding-Green and Dr. Ed Leonard. Fireside teambuilding was enjoyed by all at the end of day one. The second day of the academy included a great panel discussion facilitated by Dr. Chuck Benigno with guests panelists who included Mr. Glen East, Superintendent Gulfport Schools, Mr. Alan Lumpkin, Pearl River Superintendent, Dr. Ben Burnett, Dean of Education WCU and Former Superintendent of Lamar County Schools, Dr. Teresa Poole, Former Interim Superintendent of Hattiesburg City Schools, Dr. Teresa Jackson, Superintendent of Winona-Montgomery Consolidated Schools, and Dr. Ed Leonard, former Superintendent of Forrest Schools. Afterwards, Mississippi Administrator of the Year, Dr. Howard Savage gave the group uplifting advice and words of encouragement. Chuck Benigno and Patti Permenter wrapped up the sessions at the conclusion of day two.
